The brand is always seeking to improve and innovate so I wanted to find out if their fresh site had improved the user experience. This 10Cric review will not just focus on the functionality of the website though, but look at all key areas of the website, one section at a time.

As 10Cric is an Indian betting site, it is tailored much more towards an Indian audience than many bookmakers. This means 10Cric betting has a larger focus on India’s three biggest sports: cricket, kabaddi and football. If you are a fan of any of these, 10Cric is a good option for you. Similarly, if you enjoy casino games, 10Cric offers an impressive library of these.

It’s fair to say that 10Cric is less suited for bettors who want lots of extra betting features e.g. live streaming on in-play events, as 10Cric is lacking in this area. Plenty of other top bookies have more options if that’s what you’re seeking.

While 10Cric excels in market choice, their odds are not exceptional. Payout rates are perfectly reasonable, but very much in line with what you will find at a lot of other sites. More popular sports like cricket and football tend to see payout rates of between 92% and 95%. Across events with less interest, you can expect this figure to drop to between 90% and 93%.

I am a big fan of what 10Cric has done with their live betting page. Not only do they cover lots of live action but I found the page so easy to use. Events are tidily categorised into different sports and you can change the betting market that’s shown on each page.

Additionally, matches typically come with some form of match tracker and/or key stats. The only thing lacking from 10Cric live betting was live streaming as this is not something they provide.

Unfortunately, when it comes to additional betting features, 10Cric does not have a lot to offer. The likes of bet builders and live streaming are not available despite becoming more common elsewhere. As for the ability to ‘cash out’ bets, 10Cric advised me that it “is not always available, and … we cannot provide a guarantee that it will be available at all times.” 10Cric is not devoid of features though as they provide boosted odds.

• Boosted odds – On handpicked markets, 10Cric artificially increase the odds, giving customers unrivalled value. There are usually several boosted odds available at one time with increases such as 3.44 up from 3.1, 3.21 up from 2.9 and 2.94 up from 2.43.

How to place a bet at 10Cric

After making a deposit at 10Cric, follow this process to place a bet. I found it to be a very simple method that enabled me to place bets quickly.

1. Use the search bar to find a specific event you want to bet on, or browse via the category buttons.
2. After finding an event, click on it to reveal all its available markets.
3. Select the odds of the market you wish to bet on, this will add it to your betslip.
4. Repeat the above three steps if you want to make a multiple bet.
5. Once you have added all your desired selections to your betslip. Head over to the betslip, enter your stake and click ‘Place Bet’.

You can contact 10Cric via email by either writing to [email protected] or by going to the 24/7 support page, selecting an FAQ and clicking ‘Submit a request’ at the bottom. I was happy with the support I received via email as response times were relatively speedy and agents were friendly in their response.
